We fully recognise the importance of careful planning to help our clients get the best out of their travel experience. By travelling with us we get to share with you our expertise, our destination knowledge and our personal recommendations. We have the world covered – members of our team have lived and travelled extensively throughout the world and it would be hard to find a region that at least one of the team hasn’t travelled to!
Our company is accredited with IATA and AFTA/ATAS and is a partner in the Charter for Safe Travel, the Department of Foreign Affairs Smartraveller programme.
We are also a member of Cruiseco ‘The Cruise Specialists’ which enables us to offer our clients an amazing range of unique themed cruises, exclusive charters and special offers.
Our agency operates on a commission-based system. This means when we book your trip, we earn a commission from the supplier – airlines, hotels, cruise and tour operators – at no cost to you. In some cases, we need to charge a small fee when booking suppliers that price at cost to us or offer zero commission but this will be advised to you prior to making a booking with us.

Usually the pricing we receive from our suppliers is the same or often better value than you would receive online or book direct. In the end, you save time and money by having your very own personal travel planner do all the work for you at no extra cost!
Plan to go fee
Impulse Travel charges a $200 planning fee, which is deducted from the cost of your booking. Please note this fee is non refundable. If you make any changes to your trip, suppliers usually always charge amendment fees or cancellation fees. These will be advised to you at the time of booking and these fees will need to be passed on to you.
